Heavy Metals Toxicity

Ελληνικά - Βαρέα Μέταλλα

Some of them such cobalt, copper, manganese are required in small ammounts but generally accumulation of Heavy Metals as a whole can lead to a number of serious illnesses because of their extremely toxic effects. There are some heavy metals which have no known vital or beneficial effect on organisms such as mercury , lead, cadmium, aluminium, arsenic etc.

There are hundreds of sources of these metals and if somenone realise them he will assume that he cannot touch or eat a wide range of materials or foods correspondingly.

It’s not exactly like that of course. There are indeed sources which are extremely dangerous. Some of them are amalgam fillings (the black fillings in our teeth which contain mercury), batteries (contain mercury), plastic (bags etc), several pesticides (contain mercury), smoke or tobacco (contains nickel, aluminium), fishes such swordfish or tuna from the atlantic or seafood from coastal waters, birth control pills (elevate cooper levels in the body), pencils (contain lead), proccesed food which may contain each one of the above, several kinds of toothpastes, cosmetics even the polluted air we breath. And thousands more…

As for the sideffects there are much more and can vary. Very few of them are: Headacke, allergies, dyslexia, depression, Alzheimer’s disease, numbness, blindness, hypothyroid, cardiovascular disease, immune suppression, mental problems, chronic fatigue, memory loss, liver dysfunction, schizophrenia, coordination loss, phychosis, weight loss, thymous, insomnia, constipation, sexual activity problems, cancer, multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, hepatitis, anorexia, tremors, high cholesterol, damage to nerve cells, nerve fiber degeneration, dizziness, autism, migranes, high blood pressure, muscle pain, weakness, hyperactivity, stoke, arthritis even sudden infant death syndrome.

Heavy metals have a very low dissolve rate. All the above are a reality. A reality which can be dealt with according to our knowledge. Of course it’s not always up to us.

It is extremely unlikely for someone to be completely free of heavy metals. The most common I would say is mercury (a leak from amalgam feelings) but there are and more unique situations of toxic effects to nickel (even to coins).

TAKE MEASURES

1. Remove the soonest possible the amalgam feelings from your teeth (if you have any).If your dentist still uses it then change your dentist. Be sure that during the removal an air-extractor is used (because of the leak). It would be good to prefere a dental clinic which offers a modern equipment of discarding these toxic substances.

Caution!!! It is wrong to believe that there is no leak while the amalgam feelings are located in our teeth! Whoever claims something like that, even a doctor, DOES NOT KNOW!

In cases which there are more than one amalgam feelings then because of the fact that usually come from a different companies contain a different amount of metal. Therefore we have inside our mouth two spots with different tensions. Different tensions means exchanging electrons. This happens through our saliva which is a conductive substance. Exchanging electrons means the creation of a small current. We essentially have a battery in our mouth and ofcourse a leak!

In cases which there is only one feeling or all the feelings are of the same quality and company, there is still danger since something metalic enters our mouth (spoons, forks etc) because the same results occur.

A leak can also take place while a breach is created due to chewing or the wrong shift of a tooth towards the feeling (eg a wisdomtooth).

2. Seek for the right examination and find out the levels of heavy metals in your organism from a specialist. Avoid someone who will claim that "you are overreacting". Inform your dentist with this: Safe Removal of Amalgam Fillings

Also inform your doctor how to diagnose heavy metals easily.

3. Definately avoid wrong nutrition (fishes from the atlantic Ocean such as swordfish and tuna) bad habbits such as smoking.

4. Recycle products which are dangerous and toxic for the enviroment (such as batteries).

5. Watch very carefully whatever you buy. Prefer cosmetics, shampoos, perfumes, toothpastes from pharmacies or stores with healthy products. Don’t use pesticides!

6. Rememer that many vaccines contain heavy metals.

7. There is a plethora of herbs, homeopathic medicine and others (generally known as heavy metal chelators) which help in the detoxication of heavy metals such as selenium, B vitamins, Zinc etc.
