Multiple Sclerosis(MS) is an autoimmune Multifactorial Syndrome of the Central Nervus System (CNS) - brain and spinal cord. Thus, Multiple Sclerosis Treatement is a complex duty and does not depend only on a single "pill" or a "magic medicine" but to a whole new way of life. Convenional doctors will in most cases wish you "good luck" with your multiple sclerosis and won't let you believe it's curable. For conventional medicine, Multiple Sclerosis Diagnosis is very often but "Cause" and "Therapy" are unknown terms. The only way to have an effective treatment against Multiple Sclerosis Symptoms is first of all learn about the Multiple Sclerosis Causes which led you to the set of symptoms called MS. Of course causes differ from case to case. Each one of us reacts in a unique way.

Then you will need effort and patience to help your organism find its way through healing. It's not an easy task. But living with Multiple Sclerosis is not an easy task either. The decision to follow a different course of treatment is not easy as well. Hesitation to "abandon the conventional way" is strong. This is an indisputable fact in western capitalistic societies. So what do you do?

I myself have been suffering from MS for the last 10 years! Since 19 ! It took me that long to realize what's best for me and for so many other people. No drugs, no suffering. The last 9 months have been a real revolution for me!

I'm Homer and here you will find every detail About my MS (Hi)Story. Exploring my website you'll see all about my: Nutrition, Nutritional Supplements, Vitamins, and the rest of my treating program. Learn about my myltiple ssclerosis causes, my multiple sclerosis symptoms and of course my multiple sclerosis treatment. You must Know that: "Those who have the knowledge know the path to cure MS". According my experience Multiple Sclerosis can be treated and finally defeated for good as long as we are aware of the methods to deal with it.

March 2007 – March 2008

It has been one year since my last review. Lots of things have changed for the better. All this time was a struggle to fully apply every detail in the protocol which I hadn’t included into my therapy in the first place. I have realized that following Dr Klenners' protocol is not just B1 injections, or just B1 and LE injections, or just B1, LE and nutrition but all those together along with all the oral vitamins referred to the page: “How to begin the Klenner protocol (in three steps)”.
Since last time many patients have started Dr Klenners' protocol after having contacted with me or Dale Humpherys. One Greek patient has already sent a testimonial and others are noticing obvious improvement and my friend Catherine as well.

PLEASANT NEWS:

  1. After all the progress I began to work! Everyday I go from my house to the school I work which is 30 minutes away riding my bike. When I arrive I have to climb two flight of stairs to go to my classroom. I work 5 hours daily on average. After this I return home, eat, take some have a rest and continue to do whatever everyone does (shopping, going to theatre, cinema etc). Why do I go into such detail? Just to describe what my day looks like after my life in the protocol. I could never imagine me working two years ago!

Climbing the stairs is a test to see how the day will be. Lately I climb the stairs without having to hold onto the  hand rail (greatly improved balance), many times feeling 100% healthy. I am slower when climbing the stairs though…

  1. This was the year I began Liver Extract(LE). For almost one year I hadn’t taken it because it is not produced here. Twice weekly I added 1ml with my B1. Many people begin with B1 thinking that this is the most basic factor in this therapy but YOU ARE WRONG if you think that Liver Extract is of secondary importance! These two along with all the others WORK TOGETHER! Words could never describe the reaction from my very first LE injection. This is how I described the feeling to my blog under the title: “Liver Extract Rocks!”.
  1. Concerning Vitamins: I have increased my Vitamin C (Calcium Ascorbate) to 4 grams daily which has made me more resistant to common colds. I cannot remember catching a cold for the last 1,5 years except 2 times when I had a noticeable fever for two days at most. I have also started to take Vitamin E, Niacin (Whenever I have the tablet my day is much better). I have quit B12 injection and started Methylcobalamine (the most active form of B12) sublingual which seems to be of equal benefit. I only use the B12 injection in cases when I feel I need it because of extreme tiredness or tendency to catch a flu or cold. I have also added  Vitamin D (3000IU so far), Calcium-Magnesium, extra Magnesium Oxide (to control constipation), Vitamin A with Beta Carotene , all as described in the oral vitamin regimen. Finally, Selenium (200mcg daily) basically for heavy metals detox.
  1. After all these months riding my bike I realized that the fact of my “bad brake” had to do with my weakness in my right leg and not because the break having had some problems to fix. I am saying this because one day I realized clearly that I was able to REALLY HIT THE BRAKE! This is how I described this in one of my posts under the title: “Hitting the brakel”.
  1. Remember constipation? I cannot imagine myself skipping a day without visiting the toilet! Of course not all the visits are of the same quality but the majority are exactly what is needed to have a good cleanse, especially when I started Magnesium Oxide. One big difference in this is that if sometimes I do not have a toilet visit or a poor cleanse I DO NOT FEEL SO BAD LIKE I USED TO.
  1. I had the best summer vacation ever! I felt strong to handle the heat, to have fun, AND OF COURSE ALWAYS BEING CAREFUL NOT TO OVERDO IT.

After all these months a general conclusion according to (NOT ONLY MY) experience would be: Dr Klenners’ Protocol works(!!!) as long as it is followed strictly with patience, without searching for the “everyday changes” all the time. These WILL come sooner or LATER, slower or faster to some. Applying the protocol makes you realize the value of a generally healthy life. This does not mean that even if you don’t have MS that you should follow it but it’s beyond doubt that every person should care about the most effective metabolic function of his organism. Besides this is the basic idea of this protocol to all those suffering from MS and a crucial factor for everybody's health.
Whenever for any reason I lose my persistence to this therapy I have bad signs. What do I mean? Whenever I get tired, not resting enough, drinking less water than needed, not eating at the right times (or changing slightly something in my diet) then I have an obvious fall. Less energy, heavy leg (stiffness), general weakness.
In my previous review I focused basically on how I was reacting to specific symptoms. Specifically, pain, urination problems, joint stress. By reading this review again I realized that none of these are bothering me any more. Not even a slight sense of these symptoms which used to be very strong before I begin the protocol.
Still not being able to run. Sometimes I try (I couldn’t do this before) because I feel so good and I make it for a moment but not yet like “REALLY RUNNING”. It is something I really want to do and and I'm sure I will be able to but...let's be patient.
That’s all to anybody wishing to know of my progress. A lesson I have learned about this therapy could be summarized into this Eistein’s word: “You can't solve a problem with the same mind that created it”. It takes a lot more…
Best wishes… until next time.
